To ensure continuing customer satisfaction, we follow a rigid Quality Control Process consisting of the following steps:

• A dedicated project manager is assigned for the analysis of each particular project and the mobilization of the most qualified translator(s) and in-house specialist(s). He oversees all project stages from start to finish and serves throughout the project as the client's single point of contact for last minute changes, updates and delivery. The project manager will be available for you via email, phone or even in person whenever you need anything.

• A professional translator with native experience in the target language and expertise on the subject matter performs the translation.

• A second linguist with expertise on the subject matter edits and proof-reads the translation to ensure terminology consistency throughout the document and creates a glossary of key terms, phrases and repeat paragraphs for future translations.

• If requested, an in-house DTP specialist uses state-of-the-art software to transfer the translation with all tags into the final document to ensure that the translated document has exactly the same formatting characteristics and layout as the original. The preparation of graphic-intense documents in a variety of Windows and Mac applications is offered as a separate multilingual DTP service.

• The project manager conducts a final project review and delivers the translation electronically or archives the translation project on our own, secure FTP server where a client can access his password protected database of past translations and upload/download new projects.

The Quality Control Process assures that each finished translation project reflects the original in style, significance and connotation, but culturally and linguistically adapted to the country for which the translation is intended.
